Strengthening faith
Stronger is a platform and network designed to strengthen your faith and help you impact the world. We believe that the Kingdom of God comes as faithful men and women live out their faith in different contexts and communities, through both the mundane and the miraculous.
We’re about creating strengthening and encouraging spaces for Christians who are seeking to make a Kingdom difference in the world as they respond to God’s invitation to step out and follow him.
No one is given a roadmap or blueprint for the journey they need to make, and sometimes this fact leads to a certain amount of trepidation. Think of Joshua as he took over from Moses and was anointed to lead God’s people into the promised land. He had a heart full of faith and yet God promised him the presence of God and encouraged him not to be afraid (Joshua 1).
Joshua was strengthened. He was fortified. Emboldened and encouraged.
God wants to release Holy Spirit courage upon the UK Church too as we move forward with a vision of his Kingdom breaking into our broken world. Stronger network aims to be present in that space, strengthening people on their adventure with God.
Creating spaces
We want to learn from each other and grow stronger together by curating and creating spaces that will:
-Help people understand the Kingdom of God and how it interacts with culture
-Expand skills in leadership and influence
-Help people make the most of a new digital-first world
-Unleash a new revolution in communication
-Encourage the entrepreneurially wired to go and occupy new ground and build the future
-Equip people for leading business and stewarding finance in a way that makes an impact.
Some of those spaces so far have included online events and conferences, live conversations and discussions, coaching and mentoring, collaboration and networking, as well as article writing. Through each of these different forums we have been seeking to empower people so that they can take the next step God is putting in front of them.
Stronger articles
Stronger articles are a key part of that and we would love to invite you to write a Stronger article for us. You may have recently been inspired by something, or have been learning something, or have a fresh perspective on one of those six focus areas (leadership, culture, digital, communication, entrepreneurship, business). We would love to hear from you. Maybe you have come across an account of someone stepping out in faith or are aware of God at work through something and you want to share what you’re seeing.
